We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to support high-volume recruitment operations and ensure strong talent pipeline coverage across the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines to meet forecasted hiring and seat demand
- Source, screen, and coordinate qualified candidates for open positions across multiple departments
- Ensure timely delivery of quality candidates aligned with role requirements and hiring timelines
- Manage candidate communication and scheduling throughout the recruitment lifecycle
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records, dashboards, and ATS/CRM systems
- Track and report on key Talent Acquisition metrics, including:
- Pipeline coverage
- Time-to-fill
- Interview-to-hire conversion
- Candidate quality
- New hire retention under 90 days
- Ensure compliance with recruitment processes, documentation standards, and operational procedures
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers and operational leaders to support workforce planning
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within recruitment operations and reporting
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
- Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or high-volume hiring environments
- Strong sourcing and candidate engagement capability
- Experience using ATS, CRM, or recruitment management systems
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously
