Administrative Clerk
(Contract Position)
A well-established company is seeking a professional and detail-oriented Administrative Clerk to join the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- General reception and administrative duties
- Filing and maintaining accurate records
- Compiling and updating check sheets
- Preparing basic Excel reports
- Assisting with administrative support to the quality department
- Ensuring documentation complies with food safety and quality standards
- Managing incoming calls, emails, and visitors professionally
Minimum Requirements:- Matric / Grade 12
- Previous experience in a similar administrative or receptionist role
- Basic Microsoft Excel knowledge and reporting skills
- Basic understanding of food safety and quality processes
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to work accurately under pressure
- Clear criminal record
Working Hours:- Monday to Friday
- 07:30 AM – 16:30 PM
