We are looking for an administrative assistant to join our team, we require a qualified individual who is organized, takes ownership of work and is able to work in a team dynamic.
This position will carry following role/duties
- Scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
- Preparing communications such as memos, emails, invoices or reports
- Writing and editing letters, reports and instructional documents
- Creating and maintaining electronic and physical filing systems
- Managing accounts and performing basic bookkeeping
- Performing data entry and analysis
- Ordering and maintaining office supplies
- Processing expense reports
- Managing travel arrangements
Qualification and Experience
- Minimum Diploma in business administration and/or related fields
- At least a years worth of experience in a similar role.
- Must be be familiar with Microsoft Office i.e Excel, Word etc
