We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Content Marketing Manager to lead and scale our organic content ecosystem, driving brand visibility, thought leadership, inbound growth, and pipeline generation.
Responsibilities:
- Own and scale the company’s organic growth strategy across: SEO; AEO (Answer Engine Optimization); GEO/local authority; AI and LLM search surfaces
- Identify competitive search opportunities, content gaps, and ranking strategies
- Manage and optimize website structure, metadata, schema markup, internal linking, and Core Web Vitals
- Support website UX improvements, CRO testing, and conversion optimization initiatives
- Build and execute annual content roadmaps aligned with business and revenue objectives
- Support website rebrand and optimization projects in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
- Develop high-performing : Blogs; Landing pages; Guides; Gated assets; SEO-driven content pieces
- Refresh and optimize evergreen content to improve visibility and conversions
- Translate complex subject matter into engaging, market-ready thought leadership content
- Ensure alignment between content, sales enablement, demand generation, and product marketing initiatives
- Lead webinar strategy and execution, including: Topic planning; Speaker preparation; Promotional content; Post-event assets
- Support event content creation, including presentations, booth materials, and educational collateral
- Repurpose event content into blogs, social posts, email campaigns, and nurture content
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or a related field
- 4–6 years of experience in content marketing, preferably within: B2B SaaS; HealthTech; Fast-paced digital or growth-focused environments;
- Strong expertise in SEO and content strategy; AEO and AI search optimization; Keyword research and backlink strategy; Analytics and performance reporting
- Hands-on experience with: WordPress; SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Surfer, Google Search Console, etc.); Google Analytics and reporting dashboards
- Strong project management and content planning skills
