The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing and converting new business opportunities, conducting face-to-face client meetings, providing tailored insurance solutions, and building long-term client relationships. Candidates must have a proven track record in self-generated lead acquisition and commercial insurance sales.

Skills & Experience Required
- Minimum 3 years' face-to-face Commercial Insurance sales experience
- Strong knowledge of Commercial and Personal Lines products
- Proven ability to generate own leads and convert new business
- Experience building and maintaining a client portfolio
- RE5 qualification (non-negotiable)
- FAIS-compliant qualification / Fit & Proper requirements completed
- CPD requirements up to date
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Computer literacy (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Professional social media presence advantageous
- Own reliable vehicle and valid driver's licence essential
