Position Overview
A luxury 5-star Nature Reserve is seeking an experienced Senior Management Couple to join their team. Located in the beautiful hospitality landscape of South Africa, this role is perfect for a pair who works in sync to deliver unforgettable guest experiences.
General Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in 5-star properties
- Own transport
- Valid driver’s license (essential)
- Creative, out-of-the-box thinking with the ability to think on their feet
- Able to work independently without supervision
- Outgoing personalities with strong guest engagement and hosting skills
- Strong team management and time management skills
Position Requirements:Candidate 1:- FGASA Level 1 Marine (or Level 1 with Marine to be completed within 6 months of employment) – all guiding qualifications must be up to date and valid
- First Aid Level 1
- Strong maintenance and vehicle maintenance skills
- Excellent hosting skills
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Basic HR knowledge
- Valid PDP
Candidate 2:- Strong hosting skills
- All-rounder knowledge across departments (advantageous)
- PAN knowledge (essential)
- Computer literacy (MS Office)
- Basic HR knowledge
- Strong administrative skills
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Driver’s licences would be an advantage
Package:- Market-related salary

- Work cycle: 6 weeks on / 2 weeks off
