Position Summary
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales & Customer Relations Officer to grow our customer base, manage client relationships, and ensure excellent customer service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities for courier and logistics services
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Attend to customer inquiries, complaints, and service follow-ups professionally
- Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales reports
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
- Promote company services through calls, visits, and digital platforms
- Plan and execute social media strategies across platforms
- Create engaging content (graphics, captions, short videos, promotions, announcements).
- Protect and enhance the MacSpeedy’s brand image online.
- Coordinate with operations to ensure smooth service delivery
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales or customer service (logistics experience is an advantage)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, Email)
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Professional appearance and customer-oriented attitude
- Class B or above driving License and minimum 2 years driving experience.
