We’re opening a brand new hotel in Zambia and looking for an experienced General Manager to lead the property from pre-opening to full operations and set the standard for excellence.
Your Role:
• Oversee all hotel operations from pre-opening to daily management
• Build, train, and lead a high-performing team
• Ensure exceptional guest experiences
• Drive financial performance and operational efficiency
• Position the hotel as a leading destination in the market
What You Bring:
• Proven experience as a Hotel General Manager
• Degree in Hospitality Management or related field
• Strong leadership and team development skills
• Pre-opening experience is a strong advantage
• Financial and operational expertise
• Willingness to relocate
