Exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Coordinator – Maritime Cranes Company based in Durban North.
Minimum Requirements:
- Matric / NQF4 qualification (minimum)
- 2–3 years relevant experience in customer service or technical support
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with internal systems (software management systems, job tracking tools)
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Strong organizational, planning, and teamwork skills
- Ability to work under pressure, maintain accuracy, and follow procedures
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate and arrange service attendances for maritime cranes
- Provide operational support to Technical Advisors and Customer Service Team Leader
- Plan engineer and apprentice pool allocations
- Handle service requests and follow up on work reports
- Prepare project-specific documentation and maintain records (timesheets, certificates, emails, etc.)
- Support commissioning jobs and internal software use
- Assist with asset control, fleet management, and service contract administration
- Perform administrative duties including checklists, documentation for invoicing, and operational planning
- Maintain a pro-active approach to customer support and service quality
