A globally recognised fertiliser and biostimulant company, home to the world's largest privately owned plant research facility, is looking for a skilled and field-oriented Agronomist to provide expert agronomic support to both its sales teams and customers.
This is a non-commercial role that blends technical knowledge with hands-on field insight. The position focuses on supporting sales teams and clients by enhancing crop performance across a wide variety of high-value and row crops. The successful candidate will contribute to building strong customer relationships and expanding the company's presence in the market.
- Provide agronomic support to sales teams through frequent on-farm visits.
- Offer expert guidance on crop nutrition and fertilisation strategies.
- Analyze soil test results and create tailored nutrition programs.
- Train and support sales representatives on products and crop management.
- Work with a wide range of crops, including high-value and row crops.
- Conduct field inspections to identify nutrient deficiencies and stress factors.
- Assist with field trials and demonstration activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with growers, distributors, and internal teams.
- Stay informed on the latest agronomic practices, technologies, and industry trends.
