Our client is looking for a Deputy Nursing Manager to join their team in Johannesburg. The candidate must have a degree or diploma in Nursing and be registered with SANC. The candidate must have At least 2 years' experience in a private hospital setting in a management role. A Post-Basic Qualification as well as a relevant business management qualification, will be advantageous
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Nursing
- Post-basic qualification is advantageous
- SANC Registration
- A relevant business management qualification is preferable
- 2+ Years of managerial experience in a Private Hospital setting
- Deputy Nursing Manager experience is preferable
- An intermediate level of Computer literacy
- Knowledge and experience in healthcare-related quality management and improvement
