Enrolment Registry Administrator - Johannesburg
CORE PURPOSE
The core purpose of the job is to monitor, facilitate and ensure efficient communication to students and to ensure that the student satisfaction levels are met.
Duties & Responsibilities
CORE FUNCTIONS INCLUDE:
- Responsible for registering all students onto the MIS
- Correct registrations captured and change registration status when required
- All queries received must be dealt with in a timely manner, if the query is escalated then follow up until the query is resolved and communicate the outcome
- Maintain manual records of all registrations processed
- Generate demographic information, course statistics, new intake statistics and target reports
- Generate reports as required by Management
- Perform all required daily tasks or any other duty assigned by a higher management not listed in your daily tasks
- Provide assistance to the Regional and Satellite Offices
- Provide MANMIS training when necessary
- Assist student advisors as needed
- Prepare reports on a weekly and monthly basis.
Desired Experience & QualificationQUALIFICATIONS- Minimum qualification is Matric, a better understanding of business practices and work ethic. You need to understand and have knowledge on excel spreadsheets
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS- Minimum 2 years' experience in a customer service-related environment
- At least 1-2 years' experience within a higher education environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, Access, Internet and Email)
- Excellent writing skills
