Core Job Responsibilities
- Overall coordination of the company's daily operations, including administration, human resources, finance, business liaison and other modules, to ensure efficient and orderly progress of all work;
- Establish and optimize the company's internal management system, formulate standardized work processes, and improve organizational operation efficiency;
- Coordinate internal team collaboration, oversee cross-departmental project advancement, and resolve various issues in daily operations;
- Liaise with local partners, clients and relevant institutions, maintain good external relations, and ensure compliant business operations;
- Assist superiors in formulating the company's development plan, implement annual business objectives, and report operational status regularly;
- Complete other important management tasks assigned by superiors.
Job Requirements
- Identity & Age: Zambian citizen, aged 25-35, in good health, with no negative professional records;
- Education: Bachelor's degree or above; graduates from Zambian universities or those with study experience in China are preferred; majors in Business Administration, Administrative Management, International Trade or related fields are a plus;
- Skills:
- Proficient in Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and common office equipment, with basic data analysis capabilities;
- Fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing), able to use English as a working language and independently draft business documents;
- Proficiency in Chinese (daily or business communication) is preferred; candidates with outstanding Chinese skills may have partial experience requirements relaxed;
- Competencies:
- Strong management and organizational skills, able to effectively coordinate teams, assign work and drive goal achievement;
- Excellent communication, coordination, problem-solving and decision-making abilities;
- Basic strategic thinking and overall awareness, able to work from the company's development perspective;
- Strong resilience, adaptable to a fast-paced work environment, responsible and dedicated;
- More than 3 years of experience in enterprise management or related core positions is preferred; outstanding fresh graduates with study experience in China may be considered flexibly.
Salary and Benefits
- Salary: 15,000 - 20,000 Kwacha per month, negotiable and adjustable based on education, work experience and comprehensive abilities; highly competitive in the market.
