Must have a Bachelor's Degree or a relevant professional qualification.
Must have at least 10 years of experience in commercial property management and team leadership.
Must have strong knowledge of leasing processes, property management systems, and lease agreements.
Must have extensive experience with MRI/MDA property management systems.
Must have solid commercial property experience.
Must have a strong MRI/MDA and Nicole property system background
Must have experience in team development, mentoring, and performance management.
Must have knowledge of property maintenance, municipal compliance, billing, and sales processes.
Must have excellent negotiation, management, and financial skills.
