Role Objective
To drive revenue growth by aggressively acquiring property listings, securing exclusive mandates, and closing high-value deals across Zambia.
Key Responsibilities
- Secure exclusive mandates for property listings
- Lead, motivate, and manage a nationwide network of commission-based agents
- Drive sales performance and consistently achieve targets
- Develop and implement effective pricing, negotiation, and conversion strategies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, developers, and investors
Requirements
- Degree-level education in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field
- Proven track record in sales (real estate experience is an added advantage)
- Exceptional negotiation and deal-closing skills
- Strong leadership ability with a results-driven mindset
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment
