A Well Established company seeks Internal Sales role in Isando, East Rand – build customer relationships and drive sales.
Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound calls and emails; provide product, price, and availability information.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships; offer solutions based on needs.
Highlight product features using technical knowledge.
Prepare quotes and invoices on Embrace.
Generate sales opportunities through calls and customer interactions.
Schedule and follow up on deliveries; liaise with workshop on lead times.
Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies.
Perform general administrative tasks.

Minimum Requirements:

Matric or equivalent qualification.
2/3 years experience in Sales
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills; approachable, positive, and motivated.
Customer service oriented with ability to manage expectations.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and use computers effectively.
