Business Development Officer: Public Private Partnerships (PPP)

Opportunity Summary.
Our client, a a leading Gauteng provincial economic development & infrastructure catalyst authority is seeking a seasoned PPP specialist to drive strategic infrastructure partnerships, structure bankable PPP transactions, and support execution across the full PPP lifecycle.
What You Will Be Doing.
- Lead PPP deal sourcing, structuring, and execution
- Provide strategic, financial, technical & transactional advisory
- Drive PPP procurement and transaction management
- Develop financial models, bankable structures & commercial frameworks
- Ensure compliance with public sector regulatory frameworks (PFMA)
- Support infrastructure development across group subsidiaries
