1.Qualifications & Requirements:
* Diploma in Metallurgy (or closely related field)
* Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience
* Strong knowledge of metal properties, heat treatment, and material testing
* Ability to analyze metallurgical failures and recommend corrective actions
* Familiarity with quality control standards and laboratory procedures
* Good communication and reporting skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
2.Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct metallurgical testing and analysis on materials and products
* Monitor and improve production processes to ensure material quality
* Prepare technical reports and documentation
* Support quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives
* Ensure compliance with safety and industry standards
