Minimum Requirements
- Matric (Grade 12)
- Valid driver's license and own reliable vehicle
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to implement and maintain strict processes and procedures
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage supply chain activities related to events, rentals, equipment hire, and materials
- Prepare accurate internal and external sales quotations
- Source materials and additional required items efficiently and cost-effectively
- Compile and submit tender documents
- Manage and review rental agreements
- Ensure compliance with supply chain processes and company procedures
- Coordinate import and export activities (advantageous)
Experience & Skills Required
- Proven experience in supply chain management within events, rentals, equipment hire, or related industries
- Strong sales quoting experience (internal and external)
- Solid experience working with rental agreements
- Experience compiling tenders
- Exposure to import and export processes (preferred)
- Strong organisational and leadership skills
- Excellent communication skills
