A growing B2B organisation in Johannesburg is hiring a Marketing Operations Specialist to design and scale its marketing operations capability.

You will own the marketing tech stack, refine campaign processes and ensure that data flows seamlessly across marketing and sales. This role sits at the intersection of systems, performance and revenue impact.
What we are looking for
- 3 to 5 years experience in marketing operations
- Strong hands on platform experience with HubSpot and Salesforce
- Proven ability to build automation workflows and reporting dashboards
- Strong understanding of funnel performance and attribution
- A structured thinker who values clean processes and clean data
- Comfortable working cross functionally in a performance driven environment
What you will be responsible for
- Building scalable marketing operations processes from the ground up
- Managing and optimising HubSpot, Salesforce and reporting tools
- Standardising campaign setup, lead lifecycle management and attribution
- Creating dashboards that translate data into clear business insight
- Partnering with Sales, Revenue Operations, Product and Finance teams
- Improving automation, segmentation and lead scoring frameworks
- Ensuring high data integrity and governance
