Applicants must have the following requirements:

Must have a Bachelor of Engineering Degree or Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering.
Must have at least 10 years of experience as a Resident Engineer on Road Rehabilitation and Upgrade Projects.
Must have strong project management and organisational skills.
Must be proficient in project management software and tools.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office packages.
