The Marketing Manager will be responsible for leading and executing the company’s marketing strategy to support overall business objectives. This role oversees the planning, development, and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns aimed at increasing brand awareness, driving customer engagement, and supporting revenue growth. Working closely with cross-functional teams, the Marketing Manager will use market insights, performance data, and strategic thinking to ensure marketing initiatives are effective, on brand, and aligned with company goals, while also managing budgets and leading a high-performing marketing team.

Overseeing and managing the development and implementation of marketing strategies to meet the company’s objectives.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Creating and executing marketing campaigns, analyzing market trends, identifying target audiences, and working
closely with various departments to achieve marketing goals. - Developing marketing strategies and plans – to promote products or services, increase brand awareness, and drive
customer engagement. - Managing and executing Marketing campaigns – digital, social, media, email, and traditional advertising to reach
audiences effectively. - Conducting Market research – analyze market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor activities to identify
opportunities for growth and inform marketing strategies. - Monitoring and analyzing campaign performance. Tracking KPI’s to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing
initiatives. - Managing a marketing team – providing leadership, guidance, and mentorship to a team.
- Budget management – developing marketing budgets to ensure resources are allocated effectively and campaigns
are executed. - Working closely with sales, product development and other teams to align marketing efforts with overall business
goals.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- 3 -5 years + experience with a Marketing Qualification
- Microsoft Office efficiency
- Experience on Canva
