The successful candidate will support the finance and business teams by recording financial transactions, reconciling accounts, and preparing financial records.
Responsibilities include:
- Journal processing
- Managing invoice approvals and monthly provision calculations
- Raising purchase orders and tracking payments
- Assisting with Fixed Asset queries
- Accounting (trial balance level)
- Ad hoc finance administration
- Assisting with Internal Controls
- Debit and Credit note processing
- Pricing updates
