Our client, a leading KwaZulu-Natal Development Finance Institution (DFI) seeks an experienced Manager: Performance Monitoring & Reporting to drive organisational performance, strategic reporting, and impact measurement.
Key Focus Areas:
- Organisational performance monitoring & dashboards.
- Executive, Board & regulatory reporting.
- Strategy alignment, KPIs & shareholder compacts.
- Governance, compliance & performance assurance.
- Team leadership.
What You Will Bring:
- Relevant postgraduate qualification.
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA/SA) or equivalent.
- 5-8+ years' experience in financial performance monitoring, M&E, strategy or reporting.
- Public sector / DFI / SOE experience highly advantageous.
- Strong analytical, reporting & stakeholder management capability.
N.B: Candidates with public sector or development finance experience are strongly encouraged to apply.
