About the Opportunity

We are building three ambitious businesses across technology, AI/software and modern agriculture. We are looking for a commercially minded Content & Growth Lead who can turn real work happening inside our companies into compelling stories that grow audiences, strengthen trust and generate business opportunities.

This is not a traditional 'social media posting' role. You will operate a modern, AI-enabled content system. An AI content agent will assist with research, ideation, first drafts, repurposing, scheduling support, performance analysis and selected community workflows. Your value will be in judgment, storytelling, field capture, brand understanding, quality control, audience engagement and turning attention into measurable growth

What You Will Own

·Build and execute a monthly and weekly content calendar across TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Instagram, YouTube/Shorts and other relevant channels.

·Spend time where the work happens: projects, customer sites, offices, farms, demonstrations, events and leadership engagements.

· Capture high-quality smartphone video, photos, interviews, before/after stories, customer outcomes and behind-the-scenes moments.

· Direct the AI content agent using strong prompts, source material and brand-specific instructions; review and improve all outputs before publication.

· Turn one strong source story into multiple platform-native assets: short videos, posts, carousels, threads, articles, WhatsApp content and newsletters.

· Write or refine hooks, scripts, captions, headlines, calls-to-action and campaign messaging.

·Own publishing cadence and ensure each brand has a consistent voice without making the three companies sound identical.

· Monitor comments, messages and mentions; respond intelligently and escalate commercial, sensitive or reputational issues.

·Identify prospects and buying signals from social engagement and route qualified opportunities into the relevant commercial pipeline.

·Track performance weekly and use data to improve topics, formats, channels, posting times, calls-to-action and conversion.

·Coordinate with technical, commercial and operations teams to obtain accurate source information and approvals.

·Protect confidentiality, customer permissions, brand reputation and accuracy in all externally published content.

Who We Are Looking For

· A strong storyteller who can make technical, business and agricultural topics interesting and understandable.

· Comfortable appearing behind the camera and, where useful, facilitating on-camera interviews.

· Strong smartphone photography and short-form video capture skills.

·Working knowledge of TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Instagram and YouTube content formats.

· Strong written English, editing judgment and attention to factual accuracy.

· Comfort using AI tools for research, ideation, writing, repurposing and analytics.

· Commercial mindset: understands that the end goal is not vanity metrics but trust, qualified conversations and revenue.

·Able to work independently across three different businesses and manage competing content priorities.

·Curious enough to learn enterprise ICT, AI/software and modern agriculture rather than waiting to be spoon-fed content.

· Experience in content marketing, digital growth, journalism, communications, multimedia, brand or community management is advantageous.

Qualifications & Experience

·Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Media, Business, Digital Marketing or a related field is preferred, but demonstrable ability and portfolio can outweigh formal qualifications.

·Approximately 2–5 years' relevant experience in content, digital marketing, communications, multimedia, growth or social media is preferred.

· Evidence of content personally created or managed is strongly preferred.

· Experience working across technology, B2B services, startups, agriculture or complex subject matter is an advantage.

· A valid driver's licence and willingness to travel to project/farm locations would be advantageous.
